National Park Travel Continues Increase Tourists traveling through Zion National park and Bryce Canyon National Park increased in number num-ber during March compared to one year ago, with the number at Bryce doubling itself. During March, 2.897 entered Bryce while in 1949 only 1.433 were checked into the park. Of this number, 920 cars were checked through representing 37 states and Canada. A year ago, 403 cars entered the park dur-I dur-I ing March. At Zion. 7,334 persons entered the park in March, compared to 6.256 of a year ago. The 2.630 cars entering the park represented represent-ed 41 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico. In 1919, 2,295 cars were checked into Zion National park.
