Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate water in Iron County, state of Utah, throughout through-out the entire year, unless otherwise other-wise designated, all locations being from SLB&M. To Change: a-2003 - Vem Frailey, Beryl, Ut., has made application to change the point , of diversion and place of use of 4.0 sec. ft. of water right acquired acquir-ed by Application No. 17121. This water was to have been diverted from a well located at a point S. 5430 ft. and E. 1550 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 6, T3CS, R16W. The water was to have been used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 15 to Irrigate 160 acres of land embraced in Lots 10, 11, 14 and 15 of said Sec. 6, and for year-round year-round domestic and stock watering. Hereafter the above quantity of water will be diverted from a 16-in. well bet. 200 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 44 deg. 55 min. E. 141 ft. from B Cor. Sec. 2, T35S, R17W. The water will be used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 15 to irrigate 320 acres of land embraced In Sec. 2, T35S, R17W, and for year-round incidental inciden-tal domestic and stock watering. a-2004 - Vem Frailey, Beryl Ut., has made appljcation to change the point of diversion and place of use of 4.5 sec. ft. of water right acquired ac-quired by Application No. 17118. This water was to have been dlvorted from a well located at a point S. 2700 ft. and E. 50 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 6, T36S, R16W. The water was to have been used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 15 to irrigate 180 acres of land embraced in Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of said Sec. 6, and for year-round Incidental Inci-dental domestic and stock watering. Hereafter the above quantity of wa'er will be diverted from a 16-in. 16-in. well bet. 200 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 44 deg. 55 mln. E 141 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 2, T35S, R17W. The water will be used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 15 to Irrigate 320 acres of land embraced In See. 2, T35S, R17W, and for year-round incidental inciden-tal domestic and stock watering. a-2013 W. Leo Knell, Newcastle, Ut., has made application to change the point of diversion and place of use of 3 sec. ft. of water right acquired ac-quired by Application No. 14051. The water was to have , been diverted from a well at a point If. 20 'ft. and W. 2C20 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 11, T35S, R17WlNand used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to Irrigate 160 acres of land embraced in NE'4 Sec. 11, T353, R17W, and for year-round Incidental stock watering. Hereafter the above quantity wlli be diverted from a new 14-ln. well bet. 200 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 30 ft. and E. 724 ft. from S'i Cor. Sec. 4, T3CS, R15W. The water wUl be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to Irrigate 120 acres of land embraced in See. 4, T36S, R15W. a-2033 - Hugh L. Adams, Parowan, Paro-wan, Ut., has made application to change the point of diversion of 1.036 sec. ft. of water right acquired acquir-ed by Underground-Water Claim No. 494. This water has been diverted divert-ed from a 4'i-ln. well 499 ft. dceD at a point N. 31.7 ft. and E. 1261 ft. from S.i Cor. Sec. 36, T33S, R9W. The water was used during the irrigation period to irrigate 140 acres of land embraced in Sec. 36, T33S, R9W, and for year-round domestic do-mestic and stock watering. Hereafter the above quantity of water will be diverted from a 12-ln. well bet. 100 and 200 ft. deep, which 12-ln. well will be connected by perforation to the old 4V4-ln. well at a point N. 31.7 ft. and E 1261 ft. from 8M Cor. Sec. 36, T33S, R9W, The water will be pumped and used for the purposes above described. a -2055 Kimball Jenson, Cedar City, Ut., has made application to change the point of diversion of 0.045 sec. ft. of water right acqulr ed by Underground-Water Claim No. 20726. This water has been diverted di-verted from a 4-ln. well 120 ft. deep at a point N. 218 ft. and W. 2567 ft. from E'4 Cor. Sec. 7, T35S, RUW. The water was used during the Irrigation Ir-rigation season to Irrigate 0.34 acre of land embraced in SWUNE Soc. 7, T35S, R11W, and for year-round year-round incidental domestic and stock watering. Hereafter the above quantity of water will be diverted from a 6-ln. well bet. 100 and 200 ft. deep at a point S 1500 ft. and E. 24 ft. from NVt Cor. Sec. 7. T35S. R11W. Hereafter the above quantity of water wUl be diverted from a new 16-ln. well bet. 300 and 400 ft. deep at a point 8. 2000 ft and E. 140 ft. from N1 Cor. Sec. 23, T37S. R12W. The water will be used from Mar. 13 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 95 acres of land embraced in S'-iSEVi and EViSEkSWK Sec. 14 and Ntt Sec. 23, T37S, R12W, a-2062 - Melvln Huiet, Newcastle, Ut. has made application to change the point of diversion and place of use of 4.0 sec. ft. of water right acquired ac-quired by Application No. 17507. The water was diverted from a well located lo-cated at a point N. 30 ft. and E. 660 ft. from W'i Cor. Sec. 11, T35S, R15W, and used from Mar. 1 to Nov. 1 to Irrigate 320 acres of land embraced in NV4 Sec. 11, T35S, R15W, and for year-round Incidental In-cidental domestic and stock watering. water-ing. Hereafter the above quantity of water will be diverted from a 16-in. well bet. 150 and 275 ft. deep at a point S. 57 deg. 42 mln. E. 3103 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 3, T37S, R10W, The water will be used for coal washing purposes. After having been so used the water will be returned to a natural channel at a point S. 2289 ft. and W. 916 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 5, T37S, R10W. 18333 - Joseph F. Holyoak, Parowan, Paro-wan, Ut, 2.0 sec. ft. for irrigation use from a 12-ln. well bet. 150 anc 400 ft. deep at a point S. 115 ft. and E. 1277 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 21, T34S, R9W. The water will be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to Irrigate Ir-rigate 100 acres of land embraced in Sec. 17, 20 and 21, T34S, R9W, and for year-round Incidental domestic do-mestic and stock watering. 18409 - Franklin K.
