Show Summit The Summit Ward has started a campaign to raise funds for a new Church building. The campaign was started recently with an auction auc-tion sale, which was very generously generous-ly supixirted, not only by Summit Ward members, but also by people from Enoch, Parowan, and Cedar City. A total of $1,000 was raised at the auction sale. Mis. Ardlce Williamson and small daughter Jeanett of Paragonah were visitors at the home of Mis. Williamson's mother Monday. Our Bishopric, Raymond L. and Lyle Farrow and Howard Dalley, attended at-tended Conference in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Ray Farrow and Alice Walker accompanied them to Salt Imke City. Our Sunday School Conference whs well attended Sunday night, with Stake faculty members here, Including Morris Buhanan, Reed Roberta, Miss Miller and Mrs. Mad-son. Mad-son. Miss Miller favored the gathering gath-ering with a piano solo, George and Henry Graff and their wives of Santa Clara visited briefly with the Peterson family Saturday. They were enroute to Salt Lake City. t Ray Grimshaw Is home from California where lie has been working work-ing for some time. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Mlnish are here visiting with Mrs Minlsh's IMirents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Smith. Mrs Ruth Chamberlain visited her daughters in Enoch Sunday. Mrs. Jeanette Bayles visited here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Dalley, Sunday. President Oscar Hulet attended Conference In Salt Lake City. Nelson Dalley has gone to Cedar City to stay with his daughter, Mrs. Hazel Granger. Mr. and Mrs. Bertron Dalley and children were Newcastle visitors Sunday. |
