Show Tourist, Trades School To Be Repeated In May Plans are being formulated for the 1942 tourist and trade information informa-tion school to be sponsored by the Cedar City Senior and Junior Chambers Cham-bers of Commerce, according to Gordon Chrlstensen and Clarence Zumwalt, cD-chairmen from ,the senior and Junior organizations, respectively. The school will be conducted on a similar basis as the one conducted conduct-ed last year, with the Branch Agricultural Agri-cultural College and state department depart-ment of vocational education cooperating. co-operating. The dates and details of the event will be announced In the near future. All trades people or others who contact the traveling public in any way will be solicited to enroll for the sessions. Although automobile travel from distant cities and states will probably prob-ably be light this year, chamber officials of-ficials expect that travel to the southern Utah parks from Utah and surrounding states should be heavier because of the fact that people of these areas will not be able o travel to more distant vacation spots. |
