Show Brother of Cedar Lady Fatally Injured at Las Vegas Injuries received In a fall from a scaffold at the Magnesium plant near Las Vegas, caused the death of John Lloyd Beatty, 17, a brother broth-er of Mrs. John C. Robb of Cedur City. The young man, who was working at the plant as a carpenter's carpen-ter's helper, died at the hospital In Las Vegas Thursday morning. Young Beatty was born In Hurricane Hur-ricane on August 17. 1925, a son of the late Joseph Franklin Beatty and Chloe Fuller Beatty. He was a student at the Hurricane high school during the past winter, and at the close "of school he and his brother Donald, obtained employment employ-ment at the Nevada plant. The young man Is survived by his mother and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. John C Robb, Cedar City; Mrs. Edward Lake, Salt Lake City; Mrs. C. E. Granger, and Mrs. Lister Barnum, Mesqulte, Nevada; Mrs. Jack Lca-vitt, Lca-vitt, Las Vegas, Nevada; Donald, Beatty, Las Vegas; Owen, Florence and Barbara Beatty, all of Hurricane. Hurri-cane.
