OCR Text	Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Joseph W. Holt, Enterprise, Utan has filed Application No. 14146 to appropriate 1.5 sec. ft. of underground under-ground water in Washington county. coun-ty. The water will be pumped from March 1 to September 30, inclusive of each year from a 12-in. well 100 ft. deep at a point N. 2630 ft. and E. 190 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 16. T. 37 S., R. 17 W, SLB&M and used to irrigate 120 acres of land embraced in the N4SW4, SE4-NW4 SE4-NW4 and W4NE4 of said Sec 18. Protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, there-for, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humpherys, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee on or before be-fore June 7, 1941. T. H.
