Building Permits In Cedar City Total $41,500 For April The citizens of Cedar City are rapidly becoming home owners, according ac-cording to J. H. Messer. Cedar City Building Inspector, who recently submitted a report to the United States Department of Labor showing show-ing the number of building permits issued during April for residential and business structures, as well as permits issued for various alterations altera-tions to be made in already existing exist-ing buildings. According to Mr. Messer's reports, six residential building permits were issued during the month of April, the cost of the buildings amounting amount-ing to $21,800. Six non-residential building permits, totaling $10,800 were issued with alteration permits, totaling $8,900, bringing this month's building activities in Cedar City to a grand total of $41,500.
