A Joint Resolution providing an amend merit to Section IT, Article 7. of the Conatltutlon of the State of Utah, relating re-lating to the duties of the Auditor and of the Treasurer. Be it enacted by the legislature of the State of Utah: Two-thirds of all the members elected elect-ed to each of the two houses concurrlna; therein: Section 1. That It la proposed to amend Section 17, Article 7, of the Con stltutlon of the State of Utah, so that the same will read .as follows: 17. The Auditor shall be Auditor of public accounts. The public moneys ahall be deposited by the Treaaurer. under un-der the supervision of the Board of Kx-amlnera. Kx-amlnera. and aa provided by law. Sec. 2. The Secretary of State la hereby directed to submit this proposed amendment to the electors of the Stats at the next general election In the manner man-ner provided by law. Sec. 3.
