OCR Text	Show Mexico Will Pay Debts. Mexico City. It. Is announced that when congress convenes a resolution will be Introduced providing for the assumption and payment by the government gov-ernment of foreign debts. These debts Include about 130,000,000 back interest inter-est in Mexican National railway bonds and about $40,000,000 arrears In Interest In-terest on Mexico foreign loans.
