TATE OF UTAH l County of Iron Jss Iron County School District, I Pursuant to the authority and direr tion of that certain resolution and order or-der duly passed and adopted by Board of Kducation of Iron County School District of Iron Co., Utah, a county school district of the flrst class, at a special meeting thereof held at its office in Cedar City, in said school district, dis-trict, on Saturday, to-wit: the 16th day of March, A. D., 1919. Public Notice is Hereby Given according to law, that at the bond election hereby called to be held in each school representative precinct of" the Iron County School District of Iron County, Utah, on Tuesday, to-wit: to-wit: the 1st day of April, A. I). 1919, between the hours of 2 o'clock p. m. and 8 o'clock p. m., and at the several polling places therein hereinafter named, there will be submitted to the i duly qualified voters of said school district, the question following for their vote and determination thereat, to-wit: . "Shall the board of education of Iron County School District, of Iron County, Utah, for the purpose pur-pose of raising money for purchasing pur-chasing school sites, for completing complet-ing payment on buildings now being be-ing erected, for building one or more school houses, ana supplying supply-ing the same with furniture and necessary apparatus, be empowered empow-ered to issue, negotiate and sell the school building bonds of said school district to an amount aggregating ag-gregating the principal sum of One Hundred and Thirty Thousand Thou-sand Dollars ($130,900.00), comprised com-prised of 130 bonds, numbered consecutively from 1 to 130, inclusive, in-clusive, of the denomination of $1,000 each, due serially in numerical num-erical order, as follows: $6,000 in each year from the first to the tenth year, both inclusive, after date, and $7,000 in each year from the eleventh to the twentieth year, both inclusive, after date, bearing interest from their date until paid, at the rate of five (5) per centum per annum, payable semi-annually, both principal thereof and interest thereon payable pay-able at the National Bank of Commerce, in the city and state of New York, U. S. A.?" The vote shall be by ballot which will contain the question hereinabove submitted and in addition thereto, "Bonds, Yes" and "Bonds No;" and i each voter voting in favor of the ' bonds shall place a cross (X) in the, circle on the ballot opposite and to the right of the group of words, "Bonds, Yes;" and those voting against the bonds shall place a cross (X) in the circle on the ballot op-, posite and to the right of the group of words, "Bonds, No;" and thereby indicate his vote upon the question submitted. The polls for the reception of the ballots cast upon said question will, on said day and date and at the several sev-eral hereinafter named polling places in each of the school representative precincts of said school district, be opened at the hour of 2 o'clock p. m. ..ml remain open until the hour of 8 o'clock p. m. of the same day, when ' they shall be closed. The polling places for, and the names of the judges who shall thereat conduct, the said election in each of the five school representative pre-j cincts of said school district, are as follows, namely: Representative Precinct No. 1. Only the voters prmoaalng the fol-lowing fol-lowing qualilicat ions will be allowed to vote at said election and no others: ' "Every registered voter residing resid-ing in any school representative district in which any election is held for the purpose of determining determin-ing the question of issuing bonds for such school district, and who shall have paid a property tax therein in the year preceding such election, shall be entitled to vote at any such election. Challenges for cause by any qualified voter shall be allowed at such election, and promptly decided by the judges judg-es conducting the same."- (Compiled (Com-piled Uwii of Utah, of 1907, 1891 x 33.)
