Dalley, whose post suffice address is' Spry, Utah. ha made application applica-tion in accordance with tne requirements re-quirements of J the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate two hundred seventy-eight hundred thousandths (.00278) of a cubic-foot cubic-foot of water per second from South Spring' in Buckskin Valley Wash, Iron County, Utah. Said water will be divered at a point which bears south 81 degrees 25 miutes west 1,009 feet distant of thei! north quarter corner of Section Sec-tion 12. Township 32 south, Range 7 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. It is the intention inten-tion of the applicants to impound said water in a reservoir, where it will be used from March 15 to November 15, inclusive, of each year, for stock watering purposes. pur-poses. The applicants also intend in-tend to approximate six (6) acre feet of water, which will be stored during the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, in-clusive, ot each year, in the above mentioned reservoir. The center of the impounding dam is the same as the point of diversion diver-sion above mentioned. The water so stored will be used in connection with the direct flow for the purpose above mentionr ed. This application is desinated in the State Engineer's office as No. 4828. 1 All' protests agaist the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
