Show Kanarraville. VVm'Mjftapley, son of James S. St'apley, returned last Sunday irom 'Salt Lake where' he has been in the employment ', of the i Consolidated Wagon & Machine Co. since last June. Miss Lin Williams left today for Salt Lake to work in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. A. Berry. Last Monday Carl Smith left for Salt Lake where he will undergo an operation for his, hearing. He will spend the summer in the employment of his brother-in-law, Elmer Banks, who is a railroad contractor. Wm. J. Williams is erecting a neat wire mesh fence around his home on North Main St which will be a credit.to him and the town. Hy C. Ford is putting up a hay shed. He and Jake Crawford Craw-ford are the carpenters. The Bell Telephone Co. have moved their poles from the center cen-ter of the street 'west 14 ft., to give room for the state road. Mr. Lowder .experienced some trouble coming from Bellvue last Tuesday facing the snow. His auto must be of a balky nature from the trouble he had getting over one of our bridges. Last Monday Charles Parker Sr. went to Cedar taking his wife to be doctored by Dr. Clark" for Rheumatics, from which she: has been a sufferer for 21 years Hope is entertained for her complete com-plete recovery. The new phone company seems at a stand still the last week, as no meetings has been held for a week.
