Show DTAH PRODUCTS DAY OBSERVED Commercial Club Arranges Good Program at Tabernacle In Commemoration Wednesday, December 10th, was Utah Products day and was quite generally observed throughout the State. It was in tended to act as a boost for Utah products, of all kinds, and was originated by the Utah Development Develop-ment League and other boosting organization?. The local Commercial Club took the matter in hand and arranged ar-ranged the following program which was successfully carried out at the tabernacle: Selection by the B. A. C. band. Selection by the Tabernacle choir. Prayer by Elder Charles Hey-borne. Hey-borne. An interesting paper on Cedar's Ce-dar's Imports was given by W. R. Palmer. Professor R. L. Wrigley spoke entertainingly on the production of hard wheat, corn and apples in the Cedar valley. Mr. U. T. Jones made some pertinent remarks on the subject of Hog raising and the -feasibility of escablishing a packing house here. Professor David Sharp, Jr.. gave a rattling good talk on the subject of The Cow and The Hen. j r |
