OCR Text	Show Oxley Mountain Red Cross Manager. Coincident with his departure from the Mountain Division Dr. Livingston Farrand, head of the American Red Cross, announced the resignation of John W. Morey as Division Manager and the appointment of George F. Oxley to succeed him. At the same .time Dr. Farrand announced the creation cre-ation of a Division Advisory Committee' Commit-tee' consisting of seven members, of which Mr. Morey was named chairman.
