Williams, after suffering from influenza, for two weeks, was-stricken was-stricken "with pneumonia, from which ho was unable to rally and succumbed Tuesday afternoon. Tho deceased was 08 years of ago, well known and respected. He originally orig-inally camo from Wales to this city, arriving hero in his early manhood and mado his homo hero from that timo until his death. Mr. Williams was a hard working man, inoffensive, minding strictly his own affairs, honest and upright. Although Al-though not a man who professed ro-ligion ro-ligion or took part in civic affairs, ho was held in esteem by a largo number num-ber of people of this city, and many in adjoining towns. Tho deceased leaves his wife, three daughters and two sons, besides several brothers and sisters to mourn his departure. Funeral services were held yestor-day yestor-day in the tabernacle. |
