The winner In each county will be chosen from among the ten boys ranking rank-ing highest In the county club projects, pro-jects, on the following basis: 75 per cent on rank In club work; 20 per cant on activities of the boy In community com-munity affairs. The rank of these boys In community com-munity affairs, and the county winner, win-ner, will be determined by a committee of three, consisting of the County Superintendent, one person appointed by the Director of Extension in the Utah Agricultural College, and the third to be chosen by the Live Stock Committee of the Salt Lake City Commercial Com-mercial Club and Chamber of Commerce. |
