WHITE PINE BLISTER RUST WHEREAS, the introduction of at dangerous plant disease known as the I White Pine Blister Rust (Cronartium ribicola Fischer) into the state of Utah seems probable under existing quarantines and regulations. I NOW. THEREFORE. This Crops &' j Peats Commission of the State of Utah, under the authority it invested I by Section 1896, Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, does hereby prohibit the importation into Utah of all five I needle pine trees and all species and varieties of currant and gooseberry plants (Ribs nnd Grossulnria) or cut tings of the same, from all states east of and including the states of I Minnesotn, Iowa, Arknnsns, and Louisiana. Hereafter and until further notice all shipments of nursery stock containing con-taining these plants in violation of the regulations aforementioned are denied admittance into the state of Utah nnd upon approval of all such1 plants ns quarantined against in this order, the snmo shall bo immediately sent out of the state or destroyed at the option and expense of the owner, consignee, or agent.
