Show DIXIE- POWER LINES IN TROUBLE AGAIN Interruption of Service Delays the Publication of "Record" and Obstructs Industry. Last night during n rain storm, lino trouble developed again on the Dixie Power company's lines, which necessitated tho cutting out of tho Cedar-Entcrpriso branch and it was nftcr noon today (Friday) before service serv-ice was restored. Tho loss of several hours at this critical time of tho week has thrown The Record a few hours I late again. Tho Thorley Theatre was ! exhibiting a dramatization of Zano l Gray's novel, "Desert Gold," before a ! packed house, and had to issue tick- I cts (o those present and hold tho film over in order to satisfy tho demands of the spectators. Mr. Thompson, local superintendent, superintend-ent, states that when proper lightning protection, which has been arranged for, is installed, most of theso interruptions inter-ruptions in the service will bo obviated. |
