Show SPRING TERM COMBES GENERAL REVIEW OF WORK OF WINTER TERM AT B. A. C. HELD DURING- PAST WEEK. NEW COURSES OFFERED. Next Monday, March 13, marks tho begining of tho Spring Term at the Branch Agricultural College, and within tho next ten weeks tho school year of 1921-1922 will be brought to n close. Commencement this year is on Tuesday, May 23. During the last week n general review re-view of the work of the Winter Term has been in order in tho various classes, and tho Jast two days have been spent in examinations. The "flu" epidemic interfered seriously with school work during tho latter part of February and the first part qf March, affecting faculty and students stud-ents alike; but despite the difficulty thus encountered classes continued, and tho threatened necessity of closing clos-ing temporarily wa3 avloded. Nevertheless, Never-theless, this sickness, coming right at tho end of a school term, added materially to tho general uneasiness of students, particularly of tho stragglers, strag-glers, as they approached tho examinations. exami-nations. While many of tho courses offered tho first two terms will continue through the next, other courses have been completed and will not bo offered of-fered in the Spring Term, and still others nre to be offered for tho first timo this year. A number of the shorter winter courses, especially, aro ended.fcwu.. v, 'The inevitable "spring "dropping out" of students is already making its appearance, but n serious effort is being made to reduce this "morality" to a minimum.
