Show XMAS AT KEARNS ST.. AXX'S OK-PHAXAiiL OK-PHAXAiiL Santa Clans in his mission of love dealt bountifully with all the inmates of St. Ann's. Through the generosity of Mrs. Thomas Kearns, some useful and substantial gifts were received. All the boys received sweaters, candies, fruits and toys. The girls were supplied sup-plied with ribbons, dolls and all kinds of edibles. Christmas masses w ere celebrated at 7 and S o'clock. A fine musical program pro-gram was rendered by the children of St. Ann's assisted by a male quartet, , G. Messingor, L. Isken, M. Inevdorff and M. Schuetle. The singing of these gentlemen was very fine; also of Miss Mary Edwards, who sang "O Holy Night." and also the "O Salutaris" at the benediction, which was given after the late' mass. The violinists were Misses Mary Young, posie O'Xeil, Lizzie Liz-zie McDonald, Alein Dupont; zither, M. Inevdorff; guitar, Ledarte Sorenson; organist, Marie MeCallum. Program at 7 o'clock: "Softly the Night Sleepeth." "O Holy Night," "Silent "Si-lent Night." At S o'clock: "Holy Infant. In-fant. Dearest Savior,' "The Babe of Bethlehem," "Adeste Fidelis," and a selection by the quartet. |
