Show Personal. Miss Mary McGovern has returned from a delightful two weeks visit to Deer Trail. Mr. and Mrs. Christian Hohenbuch and children of Iowa City, la., have come to Denver for the summer. Mrs. Hohenhuck will be pleasantly remembered remem-bered as Miss Clara Dostal, who some years ago served as organist in St. Joseph's Jo-seph's church on Sixth avenue and South Water street. Miss Ruth Bonham of Leos, Colo, was in Denver during the week: , t James K. McGuire. former mayor of Syracuse. N. Y.: J. K. O'Connor of Uti-ca, Uti-ca, and Roger Sullivan of Chicago, are some of the prominent men who arrived in Denver during the week to take part in the proceedings of the national Democratic Dem-ocratic convention to be held here next week. Mr. Sullian is accompanied by-Mrs. by-Mrs. Sullivan and the Misses Frances, May and Virginia Sullivan. Miss Mary Harrington and Miss Ann Harrington are contemplating a trip to Thousand Islands this summer. Miss Pearl Guinan has returned from an extended stay with her Jiunt, Mrs. Joseph J. McNamara, at Cirr.arron. Samuel Nicholson of Denver was in Denver the first of this week. He included in-cluded Salida and other Colorado towns in his itinerary. R. J. Baker of Ouray, who was a visitor vis-itor in Denver last week, has returned to his home. Dennis J. Cahill of Los Angeles will come to Denver on business during this month. |
