Show I WEDDING BELLS. li ,J l! Daynes-Christensen. The marriage of Miss Stella Daynes and N. C. Christensen took place last Wednesday at noon, and a large reception recep-tion was given in the evening at the heme of the bride's parents, Mr. and 1 Mrs. Joseph Daynes. The parlors were prettily decorated with white roses and chrysanthemums. Those assisting in receiving the guests being Mr. and Mrs. Joseph J. Daynes, Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Daynes, jr.. and Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Daynes. Pink and white carnations were used entirely in the dining room, a bed of the flowers being in the center of the table, with streamers of pink chiffon extending to the corners of the table and from the chandelier. Mrs. John C. Sharp presided and was assisted as-sisted by the Misses Hattie Whitney, Retta Pyper. Jennie Murdock. Ida El-dredge, El-dredge, Gwyn Anderson. Vilette Eard-ley. Eard-ley. May Taylor. Yellow chrysanthemums chrysanthe-mums and smilax were used in the library li-brary and punch was served in a Turkish Turk-ish booth in the hall, where Miss Marguerite Mar-guerite Daynes and Miss Claire Chris-lensen Chris-lensen presided. The bride wore a beautiful beau-tiful gown of white liberty chiffon over silk, and carried bride's roses. Mr. and Mrs. Christensen left, on the late train for southern California where they will spend their honeymoon, and after Jan, 1 will be at home to their friends in the Kensington fiats. The best wishes of many friends are extended to the popular young couple. The marriage of Miss Wilmctta Ca-hoon Ca-hoon and Roy Bartlett occurred on Wednesday, November 28. Rev. Father Eugester i crforinod the ceremony. The bride is a charming young girl. a. member mem-ber of the St. Cecelia chorus. The groom is a well-known newspaper man of this city and the best wishes of many friends are extended to the young couple |
