It is an admirably humorous and characteristic sketch of rural life; the dissensions of the "Woman's Aid society" so-ciety" and its rival. "The Ladies' Benevolent Be-nevolent association." and their dramatic dramat-ic reunion afford an hour and a half of laughter. Tne following young ladies enacted it: Margaret Miner The Landlady Nellie Kinney Her Daughter Marie Coyne Mrs. Phielan Helen Keefe Postmistress 1 Z,sh"" Mrs. Martin And these formed the Women's Aid soeietv. The Ladies' Beneolent consisted of-Mana of-Mana Leahy An unpractical person Ai"e,IV.oad-s Mrs' Tibbets Mary Cross The minister's wife Hazel Mora n.... Miss Malvina Spinney Mary Keogh Mrs. Pendleton Margaret Wallace enaieton Daughter to Mrs. Du Bois, the ' uirpractical person. The parts were well done and the young ladies deserve great praise for the efforts made to secure its success All present were pleared. but the entertainment enter-tainment was private and meant only for the sisters, according to an old school custom.
