Harris was held here yesterday morning In the St. Mary's Episcopal church before a large audience of admiring friends and relatives. rela-tives. Rev. W. P. Bplkley, pastor of the church, had charge of the services. ' Many beautiful floral offerings were presented by friends and relatives. The music was In charge of Miss Flor-1 ence Jepperson and her mixed quartet which rendered several verjr beautiful 1 selections. Rev. E. V. Kuhns read a I sketch of the lfe of the deceased and made a few appropriate remarks con- cerning the life and character of Mrs. j Harris. . The pallbearers were O. A. Spear, Dr. j M. A. Conant, W. F. Violett, John Bott, Walter and Samuel J. Jepperson. .. The body was shipped to Salt Lakef City and a short funeral service was ! held there In O'Donnell's Undertaking parlors and many old friends of Miv and Harris gathered to pay their last 1 respects to this early settler of Utah, i Interment was made in the Mt. Olivet cemetery. - |
