Ily carefully selecting the earliest ot the kernels that showed signs of mixture, I have succeeded In getting a hnrd dent corn that produces large stalks und long ears with n deep kernel, and this, with quirk mHurlng Is all that may be desired ln corn. There Is no name for the variety I grow, but people come fiom miles away to get the seed nnd many call the corn ' Barker's Bar-ker's Hist."
