AFORD "Honest George" Sheets, chief of police, will have to face jury of his. peers and tell his story of the McWhirter robbery This fact was established yesterday when the state again filed information before Justice F'. M. Bishop, charging aes Sheets with criminal conspiracy. Chief Sheets was re-arrested and taken before Justice Bishop, who released him on 500 bonds, to appear Saturday morning at 10 o'clock to enter his plea. He will plead not guilty again, and the preliminary hearing will be held once more. As was expected, the county authorities re-filed the old information, despite the ruling of Judge, George G. Armstrong of the third district court. Judge Armstrong has neld that the complaint charges one thing, while the state proposes to proseeute on another charge. The information is identically the same as that filed in February, and filed before Justice Bishop of the , precinet yesterday morning. At i Chief Sheets appeared with his attorney, E. A. Jedgwood. Willard Hanson, county attorney, appeared for the state Chief Sheets waived reading of the information and was released on bond until Saturday, when the date for the preliminary will be t Sheets VIOLA ALLEN What Special Matinee igre acts from "As You Like It,'' School for Scandal," tomeo and Juliet," "Merchant of Venice."
