Show RICHMOND WINS CACHE LEAGUE TILT The Richmond baseball team was crowned 1940 champions of the Cache Valley Baseball league Sunday after they, had taken the measure of North Logan by the score of 9 to 4 in the third and final game of a best two-out-of-three series. North Logan had taken the first game by the score of 9 to 2 at North Logan and Richmond had come baick to narrowly snag (lie second game by the score of 5-4 at Richmond. But the third game played at Franklin on as miserable a baseball day as could be found saw the Richmondites scoring seven runs in the first two innings and then coast in for (he victory.
