VVaddoups, age 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. William L. Waddoups, also of Preston, successfully passed the preliminary examinations for en-, li.stment in the U. S, Navy. Both young men graduated from Preston high school in 1941 and are enlisting for the radio training. .
