COLLEGE HOLDS INTERESTING WELDING CLINIC A vc vern verll successful welding clinic I was held during the week of 21 17 at the Br Branch Agricultural College with nearly a hundred tradesmen and apprentices from S George L Hurricane Kanab Zion Park Escalante Escalante Es Es- Escalante calante Pioche Nevada and Fredonia Fredonia Fre Fre- donia donla Arizona in 10 attendance Classes were held during the afternoon af at for welding apprentices of the Branch college and Dixie college college col lege and in the evening for the welding tradesmen The clinic was an exceptional educational opportunity for the people of this part of the country because of the use of eight c comI complete com com- com com- mI m- m plate welding outfits under the I I of 01 master welders Each welder had an opportunity to pr pro progress pro gress from one table to another and test his skill on the different types of work at each table Each day the work was waa changed so that each welder had a variety of experience in cutting and and- welding with the thea latest a st type ype equipment
