LEGION LADIES TO MAKE GARBAGE UP CLEAN-UP DRIVE Continuing their drive to clean up the outskirts of the city and anci to prevent prevent prevent pre pre- vent the dumping of g garbage al alon ng the highways leading Into town the American Legion Auxiliary will make a concerted drive next net week to have that already dumped near the ways removed and prevent the continuation continuation con con- II of this practice The auxiliary is asking the cooperatIon cooperation tIon ton of the city officials the sanitary inspector the board of health and the police department In the move They will ask that signs be placed at various spots at the edge of town prohibiting the dumping of garbage there and also instructing people where it should I Ibe be taken Following this action the Aut Auxiliary members will conduct a a campaign to let everyone in the city know where the city dump ground Is is and to ask them to dump garbage garba e at atno atno at atno no other place
