B Higbee 68 66 who died Friday December 16 of Chronic Nephritis from which Mr Mt fr Higbee had suffered for many years ears was contributory contributory contributory contri contri- to the cause rause of death Mr Higbee born In Cedar on May 31 1864 was active In church work during his life and spent much of his life In Arizona where his family was as active in colonization work He lie also spent five years on a mission in Dener Denver Denver Den Den- ver er and spent a short time in MIs Missouri where he was active In church work and was WM president of the M. M I. I A. A It was In Missouri that he met and married married married mar mar- ried Mrs Bertha Beltha M. M Higbee III r. r who survives survives sur- sur sur sur- vives I s him The deceased Is also survived sur by bv three sisters Mrs Eunice McCrea of Salt Lake CIt City Mrs Rhoda Profit or of Arizona ona and Mrs Rosina Reed Meed of Los Mrs McCrea was the only one cne en able to L' L be in attendance at the funeral The funeral services were conducted by Counselor R R. B D. Gardner and the i speakers Included James C C. Parry Harry Lunt and S. S F. F Leigh each of whom spoke of instances In his life me Il 11 Illustrating 11 his faith and sincerity In his belief in the gosp gospel Brother Leigh spent pent some time with Bro Higbee inthe In Inthe the mission field and commended him for his fine work there The restage and respect rC's that the upon the prestige and respect that the deceased had gained In Arizona where he spent much of his earlier life me Musical 1 numbers for the funeral consisted of n a quartet by Ren Luke S S.
