Show People of Cedar Unappreciative When the towns to people will ill leave their business and home affairs and college students their studies most every night for weeks in preparation of musical treats for this community 1 there should be far more appreciation 1 shown than was exhibited during the week of f grand operas just past It was a tremendous undertaking and struggle homes and families were neglected business and social affairs abandoned class work and studies forgotten for for- gotten gotten even even the last week of school schoolwork schoolwork work at the B. B A. A C. C disrupted to entertain the public with productions all towns should rightfully see and hear but what support was given this tremendous effort effort absolutely absolutely none It To say the audience each evening was small is putting it mildly mildly merely merely the I relatives of those taking part ane and a hand full of ot students and friends You might say the Vo week ek of grand operas came came along and went with the public thermometer of appreciation even en lower on the inside than was weather conditions without And everyone knows It tt was very cold weather I IAre IAre IAre Are the people of this section losing their sense of appreciation for the finer things of art we feel they should arouse themselves and do their mental snoring when there Is nothing better betterin in town to appreciate than movies Whether those grand operas were were as finished as some people think they should have been or not they represented represented represented a tremendous effort and a lot lotof lotof lotof of nerve and should have been pat pat- Yours for better things and more appreciation B.
