M She was the second child and daughter daugh ter of Charles and Maria Marla Westover Knell Mabel was born in Pinto and lived here until 1909 when she was married to John L. L Chadburn then Chadburn-then then of Pine Valley Ward They were blessed blessed bless bless- ed with seven children five girls and two boys twins She has five sisters and one brother Herbert Knell Mrs J. J E. E Eldridge Mrs Walter Walt Walt- er Gale of Enterprise Mrs Bryant Beachman of Newcastle Mrs Wm Lund and Mrs J. J D. D Foster of Cedar City Mabel was loved by every one onet t that knew her she was a general favorite of children and old people was a faithful worker in her religious duties Word reached us Thursday evening that Mrs Len Conger of St. St George had passed away She was an aunt to Mrs John Chadburn also was wad a former resident of Pinto before goIng going going go- go ing with her parents to Dixie Last Sunday Walter Knell and Mrs C. C E. E Knell went to New Castle to attend meeting there We listened to a wonderful discussion by Elder EJder Rulon Knell and J. J D. D Cox of Cedar City formerly of Pinto We were visited last Sunday by Mr and Mrs Earl Clark Mr and Mrs Thomas Forsyth Miss and Miss Cox all aU from New Castle Mr and Mrs J. J D. D Foster were here Tuesday evening on their way to Central but the snow storm was wag BO so bad they were forced to go back home Mrs Bryant Beachman and find children are here for a visit with her parents Mr and Mrs C.
