J P P. P Fuller and Alma Esplin met the town off by the block and appointed three men for each block I to get the he lot owners abutting to grade and cap them The r response to the call of Mr Fuller Fuller Ful Ful- ler Jer and and Mr Esplin was spontaneous and enthusiastic and ever committee appointed by them Immediately immediate got ot busy and were successful in getting th the lot owners interested The he grading has been done on every at street t in town running north and south a and d the capping done on sev several several several eral with the others well along and will wll will be completed d within the course of a very short time The work that has been done is the best beet that has ever ever b been attempted in Cedar The streets are are evenly and systematically graded and the capping has been excellent excellent excellent ex ex- an plentiful All the work of grading gradin has been under the direct supervision of Street Supervisor Bud Leigh and he has been boon able to keep a n uniformity throughout the town Similar work i has been done in the matter of cap ping and those streets that have been completed are of such a contour contour con con- tour as to be very pleasing to the et eye and excellent to pass over either by auto or wag wagon ri There are areno areno areno no holes boles bumps or swales and a vehicle ve- ve vehicle ve ye hicle hide passes over as smoothly a al although as though it were on a paved road The pe people generally are re to be con conn congratulated congratulated on the tho very excellent work performed n |
