J A. A Melville Jr was authorized to appoint a committee commit commit- tee to draft and present to the Court I a tentative set of rules to be adopted upon consideration of the Court Sub committees were also appointed appoint- appoint I ed for tor the drafting of rules and regulations regulations regulations re re- re- re pertaining to each matter up up for consideration said subcommittee subcommittee sub com to report their findings and on the same to the main 11 committee e abo named after which r. r they are to be collated and presented to the Court for adoption It is the desire to make this a permanent permanent permanent per per- manent going affair with the Idea of t having a together get-together meeting at least once a year to work along the lines above indicated |
