One of the most interesting weddings wed-dings of early summer was solemnized solemn-ized June 4th at Manti temple, when Miss Naomi Christensen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Christensen, bee-rune the bride of Don Lyman of May-field. May-field. A supper was served at the home of the bride to close freinds and relatives. Miss Christensen has been very popular in the younger social set. For the past two years she has taught at the Lincoln school. Mr. Lyman Ly-man is also; very popular in his home town and in stake organizations. Conference visitors from Center-field Center-field were Mr. and Mrs. Chas. S. Hansen, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Fjeldsted, Fjeld-sted, Mr. and Mrs. C. Dewey Lund, Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Beck, Mr. and Mrs. Avery Beck, Sidney Fjeldsted, Francis and Misses Esther and Rosa Peterson, Austin Anderson, Mrs. F. J. Salmon and small daughters. Mr. and Mrs. J. Clayton Watts and family left Centerfield Friday. Mr. Watts will attend Summer school at B. Y. U. Mrs. James Petersen spent the week-end at Levan. C. Dewey Lund will attend Summer school at the University of Utah. Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Bardsley and Mr. and Mrs. Chas. E. Embley attended attend-ed the June convention. Miss Helen Beck has returned from her school to spend her vacation. |
