Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineers Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, May 6th, 1930. Notice is hereby given that H. C. Chappel, whose post office address is Glendale, Calif., has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inch to appropriate 20 c. f. s. of water from the Sanpitch River in San Pete county, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point j which bears S 5050' W. 3075 ft. fromj the N. E. cor. Sec. 13, T. 19 S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed a , distance of 11,500 ft. where it is used from January 1st to December 31st inch of each year for producing power for electric lighting and propelling machinery at ice plant near Gunnison, Utah, 'and for milling and other purposes pur-poses in that vicinity. After being so used the water is to be returned to the natural channel at a point N. 1060 ft. from the SW cor. Sec. 23, T. 19 S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineers Office as File No. 10817. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice. - GEO.
