Show Marco Polo Sheep in the Field Museum Specimens of the Marco Polo sheep and the Himalayan ibex which were shot by Col. Theodore Koosevelt and Kermit Eoosevelt on the roof of the world during the James Simpson-Roosevelt expedition are now on exhibition exhibi-tion at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago. The specimens, which were obtained In one of the places most difficult of access in the world, are posed to give the Impression of real life. The group Is probably the most complete to be found in museums anywhere in the world, it is said. |
