Show Dance and Supper Wedding Features The marriage of Miss Vennetta Sorenson, daughter of Mr. and- Mrs. Peter Sorenson of Levan, and James Peterson, son of Bishop and Mrs. C. A. Peterson of Centerfield, has been the motif for several social events at Centerfield -the past week. The ceremonies cere-monies were performed at the Peterson Peter-son home at Centerfield, Friday of lr.st week, Bishop C. A. Peterson officiating. of-ficiating. Friday evening some fifty relatives and close friends of the young couple were entertained at o hot dinner at the Peterson home. The coolr scheme was carried out in pink snd white and the table was centered w:th a large bowl of pink and white daisies. j Monday evening of this week a big dancing party at the Centerfield meet-j meet-j ing house, was given in honor of the I couple. Some 250 guests were bidden to the affair, including relatives and j friends of the bride, who motored j from Levan. The evening was spent ! in having a jolly time and extending 'best wishes to the bride and gloom. 'The merry-makers were served will) 'delicious refreshments at 11:30, after which time the bride opened the many packages which contained beautiful and useful presents. The "Black Pirate" Pir-ate" orchestra of Ncphi and Levan, and the Centerfield orchestra furnish-! x d the music for dancing. Mrs. Petersen, a native of levan, ciimo to Centerfield about a year an I a half ago and accepted a posit inn in tha Oswell Beck store at r-nUv-field, through which she gained i.ir r.y friends .and acquaintances.
