Show I - LOCAL ITEMS OF INTEREST i Mrs. Dot Kimball and Miss Margaret Mar-garet Kimball, who were here for a ten-day stay at the W. H. Gribble home, returned to Salt Lake Friday. Mrs. Caroline Peterson of Richfield, spent several days here this week as the house guest of Mr. and Mrs. A. I M. Peterson. Mrs. Alma Fredrickson, a former resident of Gunnison, is here for a brief business and pleasure visit. She i is the house guest at the I. L. Henrie home. Mrs. Eugene Larson, formerly Miss Tursell Childs, came down from Salt i Lake the first of the week. She is j visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Childs. j j Mrs. A. H. Kcarns has gone to San 1 Francisco, where she will visit with jher daughter, Miss Orzella Renins. Mrs. Kearns will be absent a month I and while away will visit the Bay City . towns and othc-r Pacific coast attractions. Mesdames J. A. Hagan and N. S. Gregory, Miss Helen Hagan and Virginia Vir-ginia Preator, were Salina visitors Monday evening. Claud Michaelson, who has been looking after his sheep herds m Idaho, Ida-ho, came in from the north the first of the week and is visiting with his family. Marenius Beauregard left for Rig-by, Rig-by, Idaho, last Friday, where he will ' visit with his daughter, Mrs. H. A. Anderson. Mr. Beauregard expects to 'be absent six weeks or two months. Ross K. Knighton of Los Angeles, is here from his coast home vind will visit indefinitely with his mother, Mrs. E. J. Knighton. It has been six years since Ross visited Gunnison valley. Miss Lois Overfclt, in training at the Holy Cross hospital for 'nearly a year, is taking a well earned vacatioa and is at the home of her parec ts, Mr and Mrs. Ira Overfelt, for & two week's visit. |
