The Albany, N.Y., Telegram, one of the flag ships of modern journalism, journal-ism, of April 1st contained a large cut, on the first page, of the Salt Lake temple, tabernacle and assembly as-sembly hall. From all appearances the amount of building in Brigliam this year will not equal that of last year. Last vear and the year before were the greatest building seasons we have ever experienced. A special dedication train for Salt Lake City will leave Cache Valley on afternoons of April 10th and i:Uh, arriving at Brigliam at o o'clock p. m. and will reach Salt Lake City at 7 o'clock p. m. Several persons who own mining min-ing properties in the western part of the county have gone out during dur-ing the last few days to re-locate or work out the amount required annually by law in order to hold their titles. The April Fool social given at the residence of Judge E. B. Kirk last Saturday evening was enjoyed by a jolly crowd of young people. The entertainment was uniq'.ie in many ways. All report having had a splendid time. The snow is reported as being very deep at La Plata; so deep in I fact that you can walk over the j tops of many of the houses.
