Show Religion Classes Hold Conferences Religion Class conferences were held in the different wards in Gunnison Gun-nison Stake, Sunday evening, November Nov-ember 13th. The programs were worked out by the students eik! teachers of the organizations nd were a real credit to those who supervised sup-ervised it. The programs were made up from materials that are being used in the regular class work and included re- told stories, poems, memory gems, songs, four short talks one each by a mother, a teacher, a student and a visiting representative appointed by the Superintendent, LeRoy Whitehead. White-head. , The purpose of such conferences ! are to show the parents what splendid splen-did work is being done in the Relig-; Relig-; ion Class, and to enthuse the young ' people with the importance of daily attendance. j Mr. Whitehead reports that graduation grad-uation exercises will be held -again ; this next spring for those completing complet-ing the eighth grade work with sixty i per-cent attendance and doing the , work required by the teachers. "We ' are anticipating a graduation class j of over sixty if the students continue . as they now are," he said. !
