Everybody In Town Arrested Auburn, Cal. Five county and state officers swooped down on the peaceful village of Westville, situated cast of here, in the Forest Mill divide country, and arrested the entire pop-u.ation pop-u.ation The entire population consisted con-sisted of Fred Lambert, hotel operator oper-ator and telephone agent, and James Connor. Both are charged by the county officers with illegal possession posses-sion of liquor, arid by the the state officers with having- dog meat in their possession and trapping bears. In Westville's heydey, when the mining boom was on, the town had a population popu-lation of 1SO0 people.
