Show spent a few days visiting here with' Mrs. M. P. Sorensen have returned to their home at Delta. Mrs. H. C. Bog-h and Mrs. Nellie Lyman have returned home from a week's visit to Mr. and Mrs. Victor Hansen of Axtell. Miss Oleah Hansen of Twin Falls, Idaho, is here visiting with her grandmother, grand-mother, Mrs. Minnie Hansen. Mr. and Mis. Elmer Adly of Emery spent Sunday here. They returned home Monday and were accompanied by Mis. Sarahann Hugentobler. I MAYFIELD j I NEWS ITEMS -I 1- J. N. Christiansen and L. D. Larson, Lar-son, who have resigned as counsellors to the bishop of the ward, were tendered ten-dered a party last Friday evening. A i short program was given, as follows: Song Edith Willardson Talk A. E. Park I Recitation Verna Scow 'Talk ; Bishop Willardson Responses ..Counsellors Christiansen and Larson Song E. L. Swalberg The honor guests were presented with a pocket testament as a testimony testi-mony for their splendid work. Following Fol-lowing the program the evening was spent in dancing and at 11 o'clock light refreshments were served. Mrs. Chris Stenberg gave a "shower" Tuesday evening for Miss Rhoda Andersen who will be married to Albert Stenberg Wednesday, November No-vember 26. Some sixty guests were prrsent. The evening was spent in playing games. Delicious refreshments refresh-ments were served at 11 o'clock. The bride received many useful presents. Mrs. Vince . Tilby and Mrs. Soren Jenson of Redmond are here visiting with relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hansen of La Sal are here visiting with Mrs. Minnie Min-nie Hansen.
