Show Clarion Woman y" ' Dies Suddenly Mrs. Mabel Domgaard, wife of Hy-rum Hy-rum Domgaard and a highly respteced citizen residing at Clarion, died at her home last Sunday morning shortly after af-ter five o'clock. Mrs. Domgaard's death was very sudden. All during the past year she had enjoyed splendid health and was about her daily duties. Some eight days before her death she was stricken with acute neuritis and euremic poising which was the direct cause of her death. Funeral services were held at Manti yesterday, and a large concourse of friends followed the remains to the cemetery to pay the last sad respects. It was the wish of Mrs. Domgaard that she be buried at Manti. For three years she did temple work there and she loved the work and she loved the people of Manti. The deceased was born at Salt Lake City, April 15, 1884, and was married to Hyrum Domgaard, July 25, 1903. She was a member of the Mormon church and an ardent worker in the various women's departments. She served as president of the Young Ladies' Mutual Improvement association associ-ation at Fayette, aided the church work at Clarion and while living at Manti she served as president of the stake board of the mutuals. She was j j a kind and loving wife and her friends J were numbered by the hundreds, j Surviving Mrs. Domgaard are the 1 husband, Hyrum Domgaard, the mother, Mrs. Sarah Foss and one brother, Bert Foss. |
