Show NOTICE. United States Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 10, 1920. To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that the State of Utah has filed in this office lists of lands, selected by the said State, under un-der section 6 of the act of Congress, approved ap-proved July 16, 1894, as Indemnity School Lands, viz: Serial 026878, NEJ NW1, NW1 NWJ, SEJ NW1, SWi NWl.SWJ NEJ, NWi SEJ, NE SWI, Section 28, Township 22 South, Etange 4 East, Salt Lake Meridian. Copies of said lists, so far as tbey relate re-late to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, subdi-visions, have been conspicuously posted in this office for inspection by any person per-son interested and by the public fe'en-erally. fe'en-erally. During the period of publication of , this notice, or any time thereafter, and; before final approval and certification, j under departmental regulations of April 25, 1907, protests or contests: against the claim of the State to any of j the tracts or subdivisions hereinbefore, described on the ground that the same i is more valuable for minersJ than for agricultural purposes, will be received , and noted for report to the General j Land Office at Washington, D. C. Fail-; ure so to protest or contes t, within the ; time specified, will be considered .suffi-; cient evidence of the non-mineral character char-acter of the tracts and the selections thereof, being otherwise- free from ob jections, will be approved to the State.
