Upon application of Mr. Holt and others, Junction school district dis-trict was divided at Oliver Springs. The eastern portion will be known as Clear Creek, district no. '24. K. C. Fryer, of Dcweyville, asked court to pay $200 for four acres f f land used by county road. Court held that it was not authorized to purchase land already used 30 years for a public highway.
