Things are now taking on a business air at the newly established estab-lished railroad town of Collinston. Several enterprises have been started lately. Among these are the Collinston Lumber Co., the Hend rick sen Boarding Holme, a saloon, and an agricultural firm with MeBsre. Earl, Walker and Hogland at its back. Their building build-ing is being completed and made ready for occujmncy this week. There is also talk of building an amusement hall in the near future, t would . draw patronage from Plymouth, Beaver Dam and Deweyville Dew-eyville and would, no doubt, prove a financihl success. The sandstone quarries of D. P, Tarpey'a will be an additional feature of importance to Collinston. This is also tbe ihipjiing point for the thousands of bushels of grain and tons of hay which are exjvu-ted yearly from productive Plymouth fiat and Malad Valley. The future outlook for the place is not at all unsatisfactory. j |
