Show LOCAL RED CROSS The Denver office gives the following follow-ing information: "There is but one strictly proper channel through which finished articles ar-ticles may be transmitted to the soldier sol-dier and sailor, that channel being through the chapter headquarters,' thence to the point of destination designated de-signated by either national headquarters headquar-ters or the foreign commission of the American Red Cross through national nation-al headquarters. The members of the American Red Crossiave a great work to perform. The only way In which that work can be carried on to a satisfactory conclusion conclu-sion Is for each member and each organization or-ganization to do the work in a manner man-ner required by divisional headquarters, headquar-ters, all of which are entrusted with doing certain particular lines of work In certain specified ways.
