Show WASHINGTON SCHOOL NOTES. (Burton Bigler.) We are in receipt of a sack of seeds from the Department of Agriculture at Washington, D. C. which will be distributed to the pupils, one combination combi-nation to each family. These seeds will be distributed in ample time for spring planting. On next Tuesday we would like to see a good turnout of the parents and sehool patrons. Some excellent work will be shown in nearly all branches. It will be the order of work such as is accomplished every day. The eighth grade has the best record re-cord in attendance and punctuality the past week. The following program has been arranged for the "Star'' meeting to be held Thursday, February 11 at 7:30 p. m., in the usual place: Quartet by class members. Early reminiscences, Austin Kearns. Flano selection, Nora Weiser. Recitation, Mrs. Peterson. Reading, Roselda Edwards. Comic paper, Flossie Madsen. Retold story, Charlotte Parry. |
